METODIKA HODNOCENÍ POTENCIÁLU POSKYTOVATELE KONGRESOVÝCH SLUŽEB

Příspěvek se zabývá tvorbou metodiky pro hodnocení potenciálu poskytovatele služeb v oblasti kongresového cestovního ruchu, kde poskytovatelem rozumíme majitele kongresových prostor. Práce popisuje postup tvorby metodiky od kvantifikování a setřídění jednotlivých hodnotících charakteristik přes vyrovnání jejich důležitosti pomocí vah až po kvantifikaci potenciálu poskytovatele kongresových služeb pomocí indexu. Vytvořená metodika je uvedena do praxe odzkoušením na existujícím poskytovateli kongresových služeb. Tento subjekt dosáhl hodnoty Indexu potenciálu poskytovatele kongresových služeb ICP = 81,64 %, což ho zařadilo do kategorie výborný potenciál.

The Evaluation of the Congressional Service Provider's Potential
This paper deals with the evaluation methodology of the service provider's potential in the area of the congressional tourist trade where the provider means the owner of the congressional ground. In this contribution, the progress of creating the methodology is described; from quantification and ordering particular evaluating factors through levelling their importance with the aid of the weights up to the quantification of the congressional service provider's potential through indexes. The suggested methodology is put into practice by testing on an existing congressional service provider. The given subject reached the value of index of congressional service provider's potential ICP = 81,64 %, which ranked him into the category of excellent potential.
