Acta Universitatis Agriculturae et Silviculturae Mendelianae Brunensis publishes original scientific research papers and reviews on biological, technical, and socio-economical issues with a connection to agriculture.

Our journal is published by Mendel University in Brno since 1995 and since 2004 are all articles available online.

All articles published in Acta Universitatis Agriculturae et Silviculturae Mendelianae Brunensis are fully open access, which means they are available without charge to the user or institution.

Peer Review Policy Statement

All articles published in Acta Universitatis Agriculturae et Silviculturae Mendelianae Brunensis undergo a single-blind peer review process.

The peer review process usually involves evaluation by at least two independent expert reviewers. In the rare, exceptional, occasions when two independent peer reviewers cannot be secured, the Editor can make a decision using only one report. More about our Review Process is available here.
