AB In the years 1989-2000, the species composition and seasonal dynamics of zooplankton and zoobenthos in six ponds in the Žďár region were monitored. Altogether 83 taxa of water invertebrates were determined. Size and species composition of zooplankton and zoobenthos in studied ponds was influenced by fish stocks.
