For example during development of eLearning author tools (LCMS), which are dependent on a strict demarking conception e-course.At limitation of the notion e-course and its follow-up formalization a set of relevant pieces of knowing must be considered. These ones are able to keep the whole process in limits. The set consists of common rules of using eLearning including methods of creating e-courses and standardization.The paper is focused on the discussion of understanding the notion of electronic education course and its formal description in context of pedagogic and didactic needs and standardization. The result is a basic model of eLearning course and its formalization.
