There are cited papers from Czech authors in the theoretical part which deal with health care, and the work of nurses. The research is based on a questionnaire sent to the hospitals in Znojmo, Třebíč and the Faculty hospital of St. Anna in Brno. Totally, the average response rate was 63,6 %, covering 886 nurses, 124 department nurses and 29 head nurses - 1039 in total. In terms of nurses' education the high school-leaving exam is most common; in average about 80 % of all nurses. And this is the same for head and department nurses, where there will be a requirement for a university degree in future especially for the position head nurse. This research shows that informal relationships predominate in hospitals. This is based on the democratic managerial style of department and head nurses. They predominantly obtained knowledge from human resource management in their working practice and previous occupation, (65,9 % respondents). Nurses and especially department nurses (66,7 %) don't want to manage people but don't want to reach higher positions (I think this is what you mean) and don't reach position of their subordinate. Department nurses but head nurses would like to participate in management and human resource management courses. According to the results of this questionnaire research (evaluation of nurses and self evaluation of department nurses and head nurses as well) management competencies are on good level in analysed hospitals. By testing dependence of chosen variables was found middle strong dependence between valuables: working position by department and head nurses and their preferences of communicative relationships. By department nurses which evaluated managerial style of head nurse and satisfaction with their occupation was found middle strong dependence as well. Results of presented survey of consumer buying patterns and preferences have pointed out key characteristics of buying behaviour of Slovak consumers. We're able to confirm that new business companies as hypermarket and supermarket became main place for food shopping. Totally 72% of respondents indicated them as the type of store where they spend largest share of food expenses. The self-service shop, traditional business units, is still the shopping place for 14% of respondents. The most important factors influencing selection of the type of store are closeness and location of the store, assortment and product quality, store personnel and price level. More than half of the respondents consider opening times the key service for choosing the place for shopping. 49.6% of respondents is using car to do shopping, 35.5% of respondents walk. 32.5% of respondents is using advertising leaflets to plan what to buy. 14.6% of respondents answered that even though receiving leaflets, they don't read them. 31.3% of respondents are holders of loyalty cards. Most visited retail chain is Tesco.Currently building of large-scale business formats slowed down and retail chains try to get closer towards customer not only by reducing floor space but above all by locating the stores in the centre of cities with lower population. It solves several attributes of connection of food sale and electronic commerce. Firstly it describes experiences got by foreign companies like Tesco or Ahold - leaders of food commerce. Strategies and achievements in the field of electronic commerce of theirs were introduced.Following part of the work is devoted to leading Czech e-shops. Vltava e-shop and e-shops of its group (Cybex.cz and others) were assessed. Several market researches were introduced (about number of internet accesses in the Czech Republic, about time dedicated to PC and internet, knowing e-commerce or its use in practice). In the last part of the first section are mentioned foreign e-shop targeting Czech e-commerce market. In the third part are advantages of e-shopping summarized. Time saving, opening time, goods comparisons are briefly mentioned. The application part was aimed to Jednota's future e-shop. That means that existing retail chain was chosen. So the foundation of e-shop is rather easier. Than the assortment of Czech e-shops was described, especially in connection with customers' preferences. Customers' shopping behavior was examined. So possible ways out could be founded.Following part takes care of implementation of food e-shop. Supply, logistic solution, payment solution, strategy of gaining and maintenance customers, contracting, information technologies, solutions and investment return were mentioned or solved. Results of the contribution are summarized in the conclusion. Relationship between theory of e-commerce and its application was highlighted as a necessary condition of its functioning in real world. We use the median as an estimator instead of the mean in the classical Jarque-Bera test and in the robust Jarque-Bera test. This leads to the modified Jarque-Bera test and the modified robust Jarque-Bera test. Paper also demonstrates results of simulation studies of power of such tests with the various alternatives - light tailed alternatives as exponential, lognormal and gamma distribution, heavy tailed alternatives as Cauchy, Laplace, t3, t5 and logistic distributions and short tailed alternatives as beta and uniform distributions. These tests of normality are also used for normality testing of selected datasets of financial time series. Source data include logarithmic returns of monthly average prices of Prague stock exchange index PX and monthly average prices of CZK/EUR exchange rate in the period from 2000 to 2007. It uses secondary data to analyze consumption expenditures of EU-25 and the Czech Republic and concetrates on changes in the expenditure groups over the period of past years. Other part of this paper is devoted to primary data analysis. Primary data were obtained in a questionnaire survey. Primary data analysis is based on statistical methods and it investigates changes in the structure of consumption expenditures of households in relation to changes in household income. By using dependency analysis the paper verifies dependency of surveyed groups of consumption expenditures and groups of households sorted by identification characteristics. Additionally, also based on the primary research, the paper tries to find out the way households allocate money surplus remaining after covering all the adequate expenses. The paper presents the problems of consolidation under the system of Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base, which is at present the aim of the European Commission in the area of corporate tax harmonization. Firstly, the paper presents the results of comparative analysis, which have been done throughout the EU Member States. The research was aimed at the area of group taxation schemes availability. Secondly, the paper presents the draft of CCCTB directive in the field of creation of the group for taxation purposes, the rules for access and exit from the group and the rules for calculation of thresholds for voting rights. The different possibilities of group creation are presented on the schemes. The paper also discuss the rules, suggested by the draft directive, which could create legal uncertainty for the companies and could cause the situation in which the companies would not know whether they can consolidate their accounting results or not, or whether they are the member of the group or not. The paper suggests the possible solutions in that area. At the end, there are also mentioned and discussed the methods, which could be used for consolidation under CCCTB system in the EU.
